Ex-Palmeiras and Vasco, defender Luan was decisive in the final of the Mexican League. The Brazilian scored the first goal for Toluca in the game, which ended 2-0 against América, helping the team to win the national title. The goal came at 25 minutes into the first half after a corner kick. Luan found space between América's defenders and headed the ball into the net. Toluca later scored again with Alexis Vegas, at 37 minutes into the second half, from a penalty kick. This is Luan's first title with Toluca. The defender, a product of Vasco and former Palmeiras player, left the São Paulo team in June 2024, where he won 12 trophies, including two Libertadores titles (2020 and 2021).
O Luan jogador muito.
